Content License, QR Assets & Print Use
When you create a digital business card, vCard QR code, QR code menu, PayPal QR code, Google review QR code, Google Maps QR code or printable QR sign in Contact Portfolio, you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the destination and content.
Downloaded QR codes, QR code poster templates, business card QR code templates, review us QR code signs and scan to pay signs are intended for your own business use. You may print them, place them on menus, posters, table signs, packaging, business cards or local marketing materials, but you may not resell Contact Portfolio templates as a competing template library or QR platform.
- You are responsible for checking QR readability before mass printing.
- You should test QR destinations after every major edit or campaign change.
- You should not use QR assets to mislead visitors about destination, payment recipient, review page or business identity.
Third-Party Links, PayPal, Google & External Destinations
Contact Portfolio may help you link to third-party services such as PayPal, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, social media profiles, booking tools, messaging apps, websites, review pages and payment links. These services are not controlled by Contact Portfolio and may have their own rules, fees, limits and privacy practices.
You are responsible for making sure your PayPal payment link, Google review link, Google Maps destination, menu link, form link or social media link is accurate, authorized and appropriate for the visitors who scan your QR code or open your brand page.
Changes, Availability & QR Destination Updates
We aim to keep Contact Portfolio available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party outages or circumstances outside our control.
One benefit of a digital QR destination is that you can update the online page after printing. However, you are responsible for reviewing public pages and printed QR placements, especially before events, campaigns, menu launches, payment collection, customer review requests or business card production runs.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Contact Portfolio for illegal, misleading, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful or spam-related activity.
We may remove content, suspend QR destinations, limit access or close accounts when we believe the service is being misused or a brand page creates risk for users, visitors or the platform.
